America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

We’ve been going to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for the past few years, and we couldn’t be happier. From their great selection and pricing to the overall quality of service, everything has been consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to Dr. Jim Kim — nothing but praise for him. Professional, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. What really sets them apart is their honesty. They’re one of the few places that don’t try to push unnecessary add-ons or upsell you on things you don’t need, which we really appreciate. Compared to all the optical clinics we’ve visited before, none even come close. Highly recommended!

This store truly was an amazing visit. Ive been searching for a lively company and surrounding to search for a pair of glasses that would suit me perfectly. The receptionist, Jacklyn, was kind, sweet, and always seemed to have a smile put on her face. She has a calm composure, a wonderful attitude, and made my stay that much more pleasant. The eye examination was done perfectly and properly, with little to no problems or complaints forming within my mind. The glasses were all beautiful, and with a grand variety to choose from, i was able to pick out the perfect pair just for me. Truly a wonderful area, i recommend there services to anyone in search of a new prescription .

I have worn glasses since I was 9 yrs old. I went here because it was close and they offered a more than reasonable package deal. All went well with the eye exam. The doctor had even said my vision had improved by I should see an ophthalmologist about cataract surgery. I took the ophthalmologist's business card and went home and waited for my glasses to come. I got the call. I went to pick them up but the prescription was SO OFF. I couldn't see with them. I was told I'd get used to them. I would not drive with them. I told them to keep them and reverse the charges which were way above the great package price. I went to another optometrist and just received my new glasses. The prescription was totally different and he was able to correct my vision to 20/20 in 1 eye and almost 20/20 in the other. Yes I do have cataracts but NOT at a point where surgery is indicated (they are not "ripe"). The worst part was a manager trying to gaslight me.

Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an eye doctor. He made the entire experience 5 star. Susan in the office is responsive, informative and over all super helpful. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Appointment at 11:50 am Came out at 1:00 pm Prescreening and examination by the doctor finished by 12:25 pm. I had to wait about half an hour to sit down with a coordinator and pay for the prescription. Wish the wait was shorter. They don't provide the total front width of glasses neither online nor in the store so I didn't want to get a frame from them. Turns out they do not provide PD measurement if you don't get glasses from them. Very disappointing. The doctor was nice, the equipment seemed nice, I would've come here for future checkups were it not for the PD issue. The exam fee as of May/2026 was $69 and the optional retina photo was $30 without insurance.
