Honestly I was very impressed. Great staff all around, very knowledgeable and courteous. Doctor was amazing, took his time with exam. I didn't even realize how bad I was rushed by my previous eye doctor until I came here. I just picked up my glasses today and I'm very happy with it. I can see clear and the frame fits really well because the staff took they're time. I am very grateful to everyone. Thank you guys so much.

ON THIS CRAPPY THURSDAY MORNING!! I CAME HERE FOR AN EYE EXAMINATION. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY..NERA GREETED ME WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE!! SHE HELPED ME PICK OUT SOME FRAMES THAT WE BOTH LIKED!! NOW WHEN I WENT TO THE PRE TEST, ALANI WAS VERY SWEET AND I LIKED THAT SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN DETAILS!! DR. SHAH WAS AMAZING!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!

From the moment you walk in the staff gives you a friendly, warm welcoming. They have walls full of cute stylish glasses & even offer eye exams. Freddy was a tremendous help to me! Came in to have my glasses repaired and he did that within minutes & even cleaned my lenses as well. 10/10 recommended.

Today I broke my glasses and I expected to wait at least two weeks to get a new pair. I was nervous that I wasn’t going to get help because it was very close to closing time. When I entered American Best I was greeted by Carla and she took care of me instantly. After some trouble shooting by Freddy and her they found a floor model frame to match my old 2022 frame. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I left with new pair of glasses. Freddy and Carla went beyond the call of duty to help resolve my problem. Thank you so much. I will be back when I get a new prescription in the future! I recommend this place for anyone who needs a pair of glasses and or sunglasses!!

Their customer experience is great and why I keep coming back. Their GM Freddy is always a pleasure and very helpful. The staff are friendly and the Drs professional!
