America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My experience with America's Best in Eatontown, NJ was great! I was running late to my appointment and was greeted with a smile from Julia, Daisy, and Laura, even though I was 8 minutes late.(I did call to let them know). I asked Craig if he would tighten my glasses,etc. He was also helpful. I waited a short time before I was called in for testing with Julia and then seen by the Dr. Daisy was patient, nice, and gave me honest opinions which I asked for on my choices of 👓 which I really appreciated! It can be overwhelming! It was a satisfying experience, and am looking forward to my new eyeglasses. Thanks again for your help.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The selection of frames was exceptional. Julia helped me through selecting lenses and frames. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the difference in lenses and was able to guide me through the selection process. Julia was also very knowledgeable about my specific insurance coverage. I highly recommend America’s Best of West Long Branch, NJ!

It's actually amazing the level of incompetence in this store. I have spent thousands of dollars in here. I have 4 different kinds of glasses. No matter how many times I go over EXACTLY what I need they screw it up. Sometimes more than once. Every time they get it wrong it take 2 or 3 more weeks. How could they possibly stay in business. Not for nothing, it's hardly inexpensive either. They go for about $500 a pair. For that kind of money it would be great if they could make my glasses properly without having to do it 2 or 3 times.

I had a great experience and wanted to thank Matthew for his excellent service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and offer helpful advice. He made the entire process easy and comfortable, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

Julia and Craig were so wonderful in helping me to find the perfect frames and lenses. They followed up on everything exactly as promised. They made me feel like a very important customer, and I saw that they gave the same level of friendly attention and courtesy to all of their customers.This was a great experience and I highly recommend them and America’s Best!
