America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I got the call to come pick up my glasses and there was a lady you check in and she checked me in and a lady next. So when it was my turn she called the lady that came after me and then a mother and son. I left and now waiting on management the reason why is the only reason i came because i have no glasses and pretty blind, but i had my cane and was sitting, i just had spinal fusion spinal surgery and am in a lot of pain, 3 different employees were in on this, this is why you treat everyone with respect and not favoritism for being a women over a disabled man and yes i will go through the BBB for this. I hate being disabled, everyone tries to get in front of me so they don't have to wait, back surgery is the most painful the fusion and i cant see, we are going somewhere else. I don’t know why i write reviews, people don't care is the problem. And its first come first serve, or an appointment.

I had a great experience working with Risa at America’s Best. She was incredibly professional, approachable, and kind throughout the entire process. Picking out glasses can be surprisingly overwhelming, but she made it easy by giving honest opinions about which frames actually looked good on me instead of just trying to sell something. Risa also guided me through everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. On top of that, she’s a genuinely great listener — she even humored a few of my personal stories along the way, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.

I go to this location all the time, and i love it there the staff is very help full and the doctor is amazing. I recommend Americas Best, at this location.

I visited America’s Best after my daughter started having some difficulties with her vision at school. The staff was wonderful in helping us diagnose what was going on, and when it came time to pick out her frames, Nancy made the whole process easy! Worry-free, fun and supportive of my daughter 😊

America's Best is ripping you off with blue light protection. According to the Mayo Clinic: Studies have been conducted on the benefits of blue-blocking lenses — whether these lenses alleviated eyestrain and discomfort when using digital devices and if sleep quality improved when the lenses were used in the evening. However, no significant improvement in vision performance or sleep quality has been found from using blue-blocking lenses.
