America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I’ve been coming to this America’s Best location for over 6 years now, and I can honestly say they’ve consistently provided an excellent experience. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional, which keeps me coming back year after year. Lupe is especially wonderful at what she does, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. That level of care really stands out. The doctors are also fantastic, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. I always feel like I’m in good hands during my visits. Another huge plus is the efficiency. There’s rarely ever a long wait time, and everything runs smoothly without feeling rushed. Overall, this location truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service.

They gave my son a good experience. The worker's name is Anasofia. She was so patient, helpful, and nice with my little child, and she gave him a good experience for his first eyeglasses prescription. I really appreciate that. They have an offer 2 for $95 And they accept many insurance company too.

I had a really great experience at America’s Best. My glasses came out perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Lupe was honestly the highlight of the visit. She was super helpful, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me pick frames that actually look good on me. You can tell she really cares about the customers and wants them to leave happy. I’m really happy with my glasses and the service I received. Big thanks to Lupe for making the experience so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I’m not even angry… just truly disappointed in the experience I’ve had at this location. Elmont NY. For the first time in forever I’ve finally told myself I’ll treat myself to a nice pair of glasses. THIS WAS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO!!!!!!! I’ve paid almost $300 for the 2 for ($89) service.. just for my glasses to be the thickest I’ve ever seen them in 30 years of my life. I’ve even paid for the thinning service the “manager” recommended for me. Never have I ever gotten such thick lenses no matter how the frame looked. Instead of offering solutions to fix the problem, she simply told me “you have the prescription right?, you can get a refund or go somewhere else.” The amount of sarcasm was shocking. Meanwhile I’m happy with the glasses frame and the new prescription. I didn’t care for a refund, just another solution or recommendation. Long story short, overall disappointed and upset. I was recommended by my sister who attends the location in CT, unfortunately I somehow stumbled among this location and I regret it. This is not America’s best. I wish I never came here because I feel like I am now traumatized by my experience. Please, save your money for another store.

I have had great experiences at America’s Best in Elmont. Lupe and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to issues. They have addressed all my issues and was kind and understanding even after I made an egregious error in judgement. This is my 2nd year doing business at the Elmont location, and I will continue to do business here.
