Front desk staff (lady with pretty pink hair) was exceptionally kind! My exam was soooo fast and very rushed. I hope my glasses are the correct prescription 🙃 the woman who helped me pick and order my glasses was very kind and helpful. Just odd that the doctor seemed like she was in a rush 👀
My husband and I came in a few weeks ago and ordered some new glasses. We weren’t very comfortable with the fit of the glasses. Natalie was super accommodating and understanding and more than willing to help us. She went above and beyond to not only get us both new glasses, but made sure we got them very quickly. I love my new glasses. Thank you so much, Natalie for taking the time to work with us and caring. Great customer service!!
I've shopped at this America's Best in Grove City several times for different purchases, and every visit has been a good one. Justin and his staff do great work. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and they take care of you from start to finish. I've been happy each time, and I'll definitely be back. I would highly recommend this Grove City location.
Worst eye appointment I have ever had. Not one friendly person in the place. I had a rushed exam then was told to go back out front where someone would help me. I received little to no help until it was time to add on all the outrageously expensive options. Even without the options my total was well over the $195 advertised by hundreds of dollars. I did not purchase glasses and will gladly get them somewhere else. Save yourself the disappointment and do not go to America's Best and certainly not the Grove City location.
I had a contact exam, had to maker another appt bc I was 12 minutes late. When the contacts came in, I had to make another appointment for a "refresher" course for contacts (it was today at 330). My understanding was that the contacts would correct my far sightedness & I'd wear readers for phones, books, menus, etc. Over the course of the visit, I explained that I couldn't make out words on signs at 6,10,15,20 feet. I was told it could "take 20 minutes or so". The girl who gave me the "refresher course" was very sweet, but never introduced herself. I explained several times that I COULDN'T SEE (from 3-25'), and she repeatedly went to Dr. Wells to report my issues. FINALLY Dr. Wells herself came out, & said the contacts were really only meant for driving & I'd need "readers" for everything else. What the OPTOMETRICAL PHUQ? I stated that it would have been OUTSTANDING to know that during the exam. She legit "huffed" and walked away. Please just pay more & go to an independent optometrist.
