Hello, I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit. While the staff on-site were very kind and professional, the wait time for the virtual doctor was extremely long. I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for a virtual consultation, which is far beyond what patients should reasonably expect. I had to reschedule to another day due to the delay! My time is valuable, and such an extended delay significantly impacts the overall experience. I hope you will review your virtual appointment process to ensure wait times are better managed moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Davida

The Dr Who did my exam took her time to explain my findings and answered all my questions even tho they were behind in their schedule… Also Taylnn was outstanding!! She was very professional and patient and kind.. she is very soft spoken and when I ask questions that she could not answer she went to someone in charge and got the answer… she made my experience very enjoyable when I chose my eye glasses… and she was so very helpful! Thank you again Taylnn .
So I don’t normally write reviews. Usually only for the really bad moments that deserve a review. This location in Huber is a hot mess. Let’s start with my appointment last weekend. It was supposed to be at 10:30 AM. Tell me why I was still sitting in the waiting room at 11:30 AM. I mean hello, they tell you to be there 10 to 15 minutes early, but make you wait and then waiting room for over an hour make it make sense. So I walk up to the front receptionist and ask what is taking so long and she informed me that Doctor will be with me in a second. So I go back and wait. The lady that wears a mask did my eye exam and was rude the entire time. And when I say rude, I mean, I almost walked out. She was very impatient - mind you I have a very bad prescription with no contacts no glasses on she asked me to read the letters across the room and then audibly sighed when I advised her I couldn’t even see anything. Like I could help it lol. Fast-forward… go back out to the waiting room sat there for another good 45 minutes before the virtual doctor examined my eyes.. No physical Doctor just a video Doctor. They don’t inform you this when you make your appointment. It would’ve been really nice to know. Then fast forward a week I go to pick up my trial contacts and the same lady wearing a mask (And I say mask because if you’ve been to this location, then you know exactly who I’m Talking about) She was rude for that too. Just rude altogether I don’t know what her problem is, but clearly she hates this job. So that’s my experience with Huber Heights America’s best I will never be back to this location ever again because you all need to get yourself together.
Worst place ever! The doctor does the appointment over teledoc and I had to get my lenses changed and they blamed it on me. I will NEVER go back to them again or recommend them to anyone. It's like having a dentist and telling the hygienist which tooth to pull. America's best sucks!! The only reason I didn't give them a zero star is because it wouldn't let me! *Update. I sent you an email in response to yours. No response back yet. Imagine that!!
First, I went into Americas Best by chance, stopping at Petsmart and seeing them next door. I encountered Tammy, she was outstanding! After speaking with her I felt compelled to set my exam and was surprised to get in the next day! Once in Tammy again assisted me and then turned me over to Denika, who made me feel very comfortable selecting my frames and lenses, explaining why she suggested each option! Then Marci finished up my order and again put to rest any concerns I might have still had! The 3 ladys were a truly incredible and comfortable experience helping me navigate one of the most difficult and scary decisions I have to make! I feel confident, with thier help, I will see better again! Thank you!
