From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to understand my needs, walked me through all my options, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses — all while keeping my budget in mind. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable. I truly felt like a valued customer. This place is awesome. I’ve worked with Leah. And she was great. Very helpful. Not only did she work hard to make sure that I got every dime out of my insurance, which is hard to do, she also took my wife’s glasses that were broken and worked with them and with some magic got them to work again. She got us a discount on the glasses and we only had to pay $60. On top of that she was friendly and so helpful and professional. I highly recommend America’s best.

Vanessa was fantastic. She helped me with what I wanted n explained things very well. Event found frames that fit my MacGuyver/Frankenstein glasses I brought in. =)

M Made an appointment and confirmed that I had UHC. When I arrived, I was told this location couldn’t look up my insurance information and that I needed to go to a different location. Good customer service would involve calling the other locations on the customer’s behalf, not instructing customers to go verify everything themselves. I do not recommend this location based on how their customer service represents the company.
