America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had such a wonderful experience at AB today! My young daughter needed her glasses adjusted, and even though she isn’t a patient there, Hollis was incredibly kind and helpful. We hadn't been able to use her glasses for months because I thought I had to drive a long distance back to the original place we purchased them, but the team at AB made it so easy for us. Rose was also so personable, and we really enjoyed chatting with both of them. It is rare to find such genuine, welcoming service. Thank you both for your kindness and for helping my daughter get back to wearing her glasses comfortably! I highly recommend this office.

Fast and professional service! Chloe was amazing! My insurance is always a pain to deal with but she was able to get it in very quickly. I also bought a pair of polarized sunglasses and she took the time to make sure the price tag sticker was removed and no longer sticky. Thanks so much, highly recommend

Overall, my visit was good and the process was fast. My only complaint was the lack of communication regarding pricing and additional charges. I was asked about experiencing light bursts at night while driving and about blue light, and I was then told those features were being added to my lenses. There was no discussion about the additional cost or an opportunity for me to decide whether I wanted them. I was also told at checkout that the 1-year protection program had been added to both pairs of glasses, which was another charge that was never discussed with me or something I was asked if I wanted. I went in expecting to pay a certain amount and was surprised when I was told my total was $378. I have been using America’s Best for over 15 years, and this is the most I have ever paid for two pairs of glasses. My issue isn’t that these options were offered, it’s that the prices were not communicated and I wasn’t given the choice to decide if they were worth the additional cost. I would have appreciated being told upfront what each upgrade and protection plan would cost so I could make an informed decision. After 15+ years as a customer, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the final price.

Honestly wish my family switched sooner! The staff are so kind, patient and explain everything. Had some issues with my contacts and my glasses (to no fault of them) and they got the issues handled immediately. Super easy to get an appointment and you are in and out no issue! Did not have to wait long for my glasses and contacts to come in. Recommend them to anyone who has eye balls!

10/10 experience, would absolutely recommend. I hadn't gotten my prescription updated in years. Everyone there was extremely kind and patient with me. Would 1000% recommend for anyone who is anxious about going to the optometrist or any young adults who are going for the first time without a parent. Specific shout out to Hollis. They were extremely friendly and (once again) VERY patient with me. They ended up showing me the visual differences between certain aspects of the lenses vs without it. Along with that, they broke down the prices in a way I properly understood. They also listened to me yap about my cats while we finished up the payment, so that was also awesome !
