Five stars for this location. I honestly did not even know my insurance covered a free eye exam and glasses, so when I found out, I booked my appointment immediately. I actually came here a couple years ago and had to pay out of pocket, but the glasses lasted me really well, so I already trusted the quality. This time around made me love the experience even more. As soon as I called, they had open availability for the very next day, which I appreciated so much. When you walk in, the environment is calm, clean, and organized. The technician who did my pre-eye exam made me feel so comfortable. I was honestly a little embarrassed because my vision has gotten worse, but he was very patient and encouraging and kept telling me to just try my best. That made a huge difference for me. The doctor was also amazing. She compared my old charts to my new ones and reassured me that everything looked fine overall, which honestly gave me peace of mind. She was very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. And I definitely have to give flowers to Rajetta, the young lady who helped me. She was so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. The glasses selection was actually really nice too. This time I wasn’t rushing, so I really took my time trying on different pairs until I found glasses that actually feel like me and something I’ll truly wear every day. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I was honestly shocked at how much my insurance covered, and I left feeling really happy and taken care of. The staff was kind, the store was clean, and I genuinely felt comfortable trusting the doctor and team here. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses. Overall, this was a really great experience from start to finish.
