The manager Lisa Hill here is fantastic. Ms Lisa looked at my two pair of glasses and immediately saw the problem. She made the adjustments and solved my problems. Highly recommend this location. Staff at this location very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic job by Lisa! I recently picked up new sunglasses and they were off just a bit. Lisa re-ordered them and also managed to fit my old lenses (from broken frames) into new frames. I didn’t think that was possible. Great job!
This location rocks. Lisa the GM is great to work with. She warranted a pair of my glasses, put new lens in another pair of glasses and re stringed my silhouette glasses. A++
Horrible customer service. The woman looked like she was asleep when we walked in. No hello, no smile, completely silent and very uncomfortable. She acted like me coming in to order contacts was an inconvenience and she took FOREVER getting done what should have been done in 5 minutes. As a licensed optician myself and knowing the word of eyes and insurance, she dint know what she was doing. Very sad.
If I could give this a zero I would. It was the most appalling of services. I showed up 10 minuets early, and while sitting waiting for the eye exam I received a TEXT informing me that my appointment had been cancelled! Apparently, the computer was 'having problems'. At their suggestion I viewed glasses while I waited for them to address the problem. Waited and finally they told me 'Sorry for the mix up'. The preliminary exam was given after 45 minuets of waiting, after which they informed to wait for the optician. I waited for another 15 minuets in which at least 3/4 people were taken in to see the optician, these people had arrived after me! After another 15 minuets I decided to leave. This experience was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend America Best to anyone.
