The staff made my visit quick and easy. They were all very kind and friendly. The doctor was phenomenal during the exam process and to top it all off Laney was very informative about the pricing and differences in the lens ensuring that she got me just what I needed! Perfect visit I would say!!!!

Staff are nice...buttt..Got 2 pairs of regular glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses a few months ago... my main issue is the prescription for all glasses and the quality of.lense for one, the lens actually gets scratched up when cleaning it with a regular glass cleaning cloth! What? I use that pair as my main pair and now its at the point where the scratches are causing vision issues. The prescription they gave me for some reason doesnt let me see clearly with things close to me so reading (which is a fave pass time) is a challenge now. I really cant wait to see Vision Works open... but in the meantime I definitely have to find somewhere else to go...spent a lot of money here unfortunately... and I hope they didn't ruin my vision

What a awesome place. There young lady that helped me was Lauren Benson @ 8669 Hwy 51 in Millington, Tn 38053. Ms. Lauren had the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT CARE. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time thoroughly explain all my else care options, making my appointment at American Best a standout choice for quality eye care in the area. If you ever have the pleasure to ask for someone to help you pick out your glasses and make you feel like you’re the only and most important person in the building, ask for Ms. Lauren Benson. What a sweet spirit she has.
