I've been going here for years. With the years has come a significant price increase each time. 100 or more every year. This year w insurance, using my frames i purchased the previous year, eye exam free w ins, I paid 349.00. The only added thing I requested was no glare on the lenses. I realize my insurance may not be great but this makes no sense to me at all. I will be finding a cheaper option.

I got a pair of satety glasses and found a pair wich was only 5 pair ro choose which every person has to wear there would be more choices i found a pair which is ok only thing i found was if thedict co trol of the glases came out when i dont need it its removable theres NO nose pads poor design and when ya end up paying $650 for a chunk of plastic there should be a warrenty that comes with them I was told they dont OFFER WARRENTY any more which is BS i asked then what if these break they told me i woild havw to buy another pair Like anyone has that kind of $$$ to do thatlast pair i could buy a warrenty if lenses got scratched was a yr warrenty but NO MORE I WANT AN ANSWER why theres no more warrenty I know the reason but want to hear it from you! Like buying a car with no warrenty drive it off the lot and blows the motor

Dr Gonzales is the single best eye Dr I've ever been to in 45 years. Literally, the single best one in my entire life. I have been to four different Drs in 2 years because they can't get your prescription correct and refused to give me contacts. I have not had my vision corrected this well in 15 years, I can actually see now and it pisses me off so bad I want to go back and tell the other doctors I have been to how much I want to punch them in the face because of how bad they are at their so called profession Dr GONZALES. remember her name, ask for HER BY NAME. you will not regret it

Friendly staff and excellent online customer service. This establishment has many cute frames at an affordable price. They won't charge extra for services like adjustments, measurements or returns. Several convenient locations in/around Odessa make it simple to drive to a store as well! Highly recommended

This is the only place that’s has appointments where I can take my daughter bc of her age so I am thankful for that. However, the staff in the back act like they don’t know what to do. 1 hr 35 min wait to see the remote doctor. Short lady w/ the brown hair I think her name is Sheri is the only one who seems to know what she is doing!!! I went to odessa vision a couple weeks ago myself and it only took 15 min to be seen SMH I want to note I brought my daughter a year or two ago and it wasn’t like this at all. In person doctor. Maybe 30 min wait time.
