I wish I would have found this place sooner. I've been in now 3 times for different people in my family to get glasses in the past year. We get exceptional service every time & great deals on frames/lenses. I don't normally review places, but Jon, Ashley, and the GM, Shelly, helped take care of us during our most recent 2 visits, and I just felt like they needed a shout out for the way they took care of us. The receptionist was very polite as well, though I didn't get her name. We look forward to using this place for our glasses and contacts needs again next time we need it.

I’m giving a 3 mainly because of the front office staff. They were professional and attentive, as well as the pre examination. The actual examination was a different story. I brought my diaghter because she lost her glasses and her regular eye Dr is out of town. She was due for an exam so this worked out. We were brought in to the exam room and the Dr performed the exam however when it came time to the prescription part (choosing 1 or 2) the Dr was scrolling the internet while asking my daughter questions the whole time (I hope she was imputing things correctly). It was a very awkward and she also never even addressed my daughters astigmatism but after watching hung her scroll articles while asking my daughter questions I was not comfortable even asking any questions. At the end of the exam the vision was a bit buttery and she discovered there was smudging on the lens. She Did not re do the prescription part after so hoping for the best. My daughter needs the glasses to see well for school so we just bought the pair and went on. The associate selling did a great job. However after we pick up our glasses we will not return as I do not have confidence in a Dr that is not totally present during the exam (and no I’m not confused both my daughter and I saw her scrolling the internet while she was monotonously asking her the standard questions. Not professional at all). If her glasses are an issue once they come in I will indeed change my review and contact management. Very disappointed. Will not return.
Very cheap glasses. I have a Medicare advantage plan so compared to other places I walked out paying 80 bucks out of pocket. That was with Medicare Advantage (Humana) paying 150. I actually went somewhere else for my prescription which Medicare Advantage (Humana) did pay 100%. I had two options which would pay 250. But that was with LensCrafters and…well…after all markups with both places less the 250 vs 150 option…I just got my glasses here. Just know your insurance. Also, the way LensCrafters submits to insurance it is less for you to just pay out of pocket. Since this is a review of this place…I will say the first glasses I picked I ended up not liking because the guy…he probably identifies not as a guy or has a different other than heterosexual orientation…did not tell me how horrible those looked on me and how big they were on my face and I went to a different associate and she helped me pick out a pair that I do like now and are comfortable. Thank you to that associate.
I cannot say enough about the great service that I received at this location and most especially the service that I received from John— customer service is nonexistent these days, but this young man took the time to listen to my concerns, shook my hand, and let me know that if I had any problems, I was welcome to come back for an adjustment, no matter how many times it took. Outstanding service, hands down. A true asset to your brand. You all should get him to teach customer service to all the employees.
I went into America's Best today for my second annual exam, and my experience was great per usual! Lin, in particular, helped get me checked out, and was patient, personable, and oh so helpful! My mom always comes to help me pick out glasses but couldn't today, so Lin walked around the store with me and helped me try on a jillion pairs of glasses without question! :)
