My husband and I absolutely love LaLa! She is the best! Very patient and thoughtful of not only us as customers but everyone in the store. We have had the pleasure of working with her twice now and both times were great! Our experiences here before LaLa weren’t too good. She’s definitely made us want to keep coming back 👍
I came to this location even though it's further from where I live, because the location I usually go to wasn't able to get my glasses adjusted to sit correctly. I came to this one today and both women kindly greeted me even though they were busy, and when one was free, she helped me with my glasses. She understood immediately what wasn't working and adjusted my frames exactly as needed, and then checked and made smaller adjustments to make sure they were perfectly even on my face. Gina was so sweet and helpful. This is the first time my glasses have felt comfortable since I got them last year. Can't thank Gina enough!

For several years I’ve ordered my daughter’s glasses from here (after having an exam elsewhere) - the price of glasses can’t be beat. I’ve now used their eye exam services for myself twice, two years apart (I know… I shouldn’t have waited two years). The first time, I easily scheduled online and there was a short wait to see the doctor. The most recent time, this week, it was once again easy to schedule online. When I arrived, I was surprised to see 5 people waiting for the one doctor, which I figured didn’t bode well, and I was correct. I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:20 appointment and didn’t see the doctor until 11:25. I don’t even understand how they were so far behind schedule as I asked and the doctor doesn’t even start appointments until 9:30am. Once I finally saw him, I found the doctor to be friendly and competent. The waiting area is also the least comfortable and friendly waiting area I’ve ever experienced at any kind of health office. The chairs are literally bus/train station metal seats, all connected together. I didn’t take a picture of the area because it was so full of people. I’m not sure if I’ll go back for exams in the future, but will probably keep ordering glasses here because the prices can’t be beat.
I worked with Lala at the West Anderson lane location. She was absolutely fantastic and made the experience not only easy but also super fun! I have been in the customer service industry, my entire life. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you, Lala 🤩
