The entire team was professional, but a few individuals really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. ​Trish (Receptionist): A very special thank you to Trish. She is an absolute rockstar! My insurance was being difficult to track down, but she didn't give up. She worked incredibly hard, took the extra time to advocate for me, and finally found it so I could get seen. Because of her dedication, I was able to get my appointment handled right then and there. ​Dr. Nguyen: Thank you, Dr. Nguyen, for the thorough exam and for making the process so smooth and easy to understand. ​Christy (Tech) & Janie (Optician): Christy was great during the initial testing, and Janie was wonderful at helping me navigate the options for my eyewear. ​If you’re looking for a team that actually cares about their patients and will put in the extra work to help you out, this is the place to go. Ask for Trish!

Visited AB to get some required safety glasses for work. Nice location, friendly staff and they were efficient with time, got me in and out. Daciana, Regina and Trish made the visit a breeze.... thank you ladies! Go see them!

Jeanie, Trish and Kristy were very helpful! They assisted me with my son's glasses and replacement. Later my husband and I went to have our glasses adjusted and we were out of the store within 15 minutes. They did a great job! I appreciate the prompt service and problem resolution. They entire team was engaged with helping to solve our issues. Great job!!

At America’s Best on Sierra Spring Lane the staff were very nice. Trish greeted us with openness and asked us what we were needing. Then once I told her that we had an appointment, she quickly pulled up the appointment got her insurance information pulled up the insurance. And then Kristi came and directed us to the back where she did the exam and then Dr.Nquyen Came and looked at the report and showed us you know that she basically needed a little bit of a less prescription. But yeah, then Jeanie Came to answer all of our questions about payment and everything else. Kristi also gave my daughter some color sheet sheets to help keep her busy and occupy while I handle business,Which was very helpful. They were quick and very professional. I’m overall very satisfied with my visit.

As an ABCE customer for some time now, I'll honestly admit, I've always been pleased with their great customer service, their attention to detail amd their knowledge of their craft. Everyone there has always been very pleasant. Always especially thankful to Daciana for always going above and beyond for both my husband and I. Great service at a great cost. Chislom Trail location is the way to go.
