Extremely disappointing customer service! This is my second bad experience with America’s Best. Since this is a new location, I naively expected better service, but unfortunately it was the opposite. I specifically asked when making my appointment for my insurance to be verified so I could use my benefits, but no one informed me that they were out of network. I only realized something was wrong when I was charged at checkout. I also asked the doctor for advice because my weekly Precision7 contacts make my eyes dry and tired, but I received very little guidance. I was given a prescription for biweekly contacts without a clear explanation of why they would be better. I was also charged for a contact lens fitting, which I did not request or received and, as someone who has worn contacts before, the fitting was no need it. Most concerning was the lack of customer service. No one could give me a clear explanation or even get a manager to help. 0/10 for customer service. I hope they improve their training and hire people who genuinely care about their customers.
