Long time customer, first time at this location and the folks working here are 10/10. They made my early arrival no ones problem and got my right in! The dr I didn't catch her name but she was AMAZING! another shout out to Diana the teach, ncereen the optician made the process seemless. A huge thank you to the great personality girly pop that greeted me. I might make the trip and make this store my new go to!
I had an incredible experience at America’s Best Eye Clinic in Murphy thanks to Diana! From the moment we walked in, her friendliness and helpfulness made all the difference. Although we didn’t have appointments, Diana took us right in and worked efficiently to ensure everything went smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. I am so appreciative of her assistance and the way she made the process quick and easy. I highly recommend Diana and this clinic to anyone in need of eye care!
First time visiting this location and it was okay. I was there longer than I anticipated, about an hour 30 minutes with an appointment. That wasn’t too bad but I didn’t like the fact that I felt like I was upsold on a test that I didn’t need. The technician told me the doctor would probably order it anyway so I agreed, in order to save time. By the time I made it to the doctor, who seemed as though she was tired and wasn’t very friendly, she basically said I didn’t need it so that was a waste of money. Other than that, the other staff members were friendly and helpful.
Diana was very kind and professional throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure all of my questions were answered. She made me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend her!
The entire Team here is great! Everyone is so friendly and customer service focused. The Doctor was thorough and informative. Also, the technician, Diana, didn't just let me NOtLT schedule for my annual exam. She said, "We'll give you a reminder call 3 days before and you can always move it if you need to." I appreciate her genuine care to ensure we don't miss these appointments. 5 stars!
