America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a 9:30 appt on Sat 7.25.26 By 10:30 my complete exam including retina and acuity testing as well as choosing two frames and adding my additional preferences for the lenses were all completed Dr. Linh-Band Dinh was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She understood and empathized with the impact of a serious injury I had in 2019., The front desk receptionist and initial data collection gal was very prompt and polite. I was especially impressed with Marjorie who juggled may tasks while keeping her main focus on getting my new prescriptions coded for the two frames I selected. She was extremely efficient. I was impressed with the entire team since it was very busy at that time. I think there were seven or more patients there when I was there. The three female employees moved quickly and accurately keeping all the patients informed and content.

Great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The staff was friendly and professional, and the eye exam was quick and thorough. They helped me find a pair of glasses that fit well and looked great. Very good service overall.

First time at America's Best and I'm blown away!!! The ordering process for my glasses was just ok. The person helping me didn't seem very knowledgeable about certain features he was trying to sell me. That aside, the glasses came out amazing!! I can see so much better than before!! Prescription is basically perfect!! And amazing value!! Highly recommend!! Professional and caring staff!!

We’ve been visiting this store location about 4 years now. Not only do they have a good selection of eyewear; but it’s the staff for me. Everyone feels like family and will help you figure out what’s the best option for you. They have been getting new name brands and colors within this store… I would definitely recommend this location for all of your eye needs.

I had an outstanding experience at America’s Best, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, professional, and well-organized. What really made the visit exceptional was the manager, Domanique. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly set the tone for the entire team. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customers. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such a well-run location where customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. I highly recommend this America’s Best at 13486 Northwest Freeway especially if you have the chance to be assisted by Domanique. She’s a true asset, and her leadership really shines through!
