I needed to get my first pair of glasses at the age of 41, so I went to the Farmington Station location to see what they had to offer. I selected their two pair promotional offer and was helped by a young woman who didn’t too knowledgeable. I didn’t consider much of her inability to answer general questions so I continued to be interested in selecting two pairs of glasses. She gestured me to the discontinued discount frames they had in a drawer of which I picked two out and we sat down. She then told me how I would need all of the different protective types of lenses on my glasses but didn’t really talk about the price additions and couldn’t seem to tell me which combination would be best for what type of viewing. She ended up putting all of the special lenses on one pair and nothing on the other. When I got my glasses they both seemed fine because what do I know? I use the pair that has no modifications, they’re great. The other pair has multiple sets of light artifacts advancing into the visual landscape when viewing anything in any situation other than pure darkness, so I took them back to suggest that they aren’t correct or something is wrong. The same young woman helped me but seemed very unsure or hesitant. She took my glasses in to the back room to “test” them and came back to tell me that everything is fine and she couldn’t explain why or which lens type would cause what I told her im experiencing when I use them. I paid nearly $400 for these two pairs of supposedly discounted frame glasses. I’m the fool here for going to a place named “Americas Best” and expecting a quality experience.

Tbh I'm picky about my reviews but they did awesome and were very patient with me and I was satisfied with my experience. Would recommend to a friend. Fair prices and friendly workers and doctor.

I had an amazing experience with the doctor, very thoughtful and thorough. I knew it was happening the whole time and he provided a level of detail that enhanced my experience. It felt as though he took my specific condition in mind to provide the best options for my specific condition. Probably, the best experience i've had at an eye doctor's office. Very reasonably priced as well. The young lady with a pink hair was amazing too! She was super helpful and knew her stuff!

Great service from the opticians. It was a quick and easy process choosing my frames. I ordered two pairs on a Saturday and they were ready the next Wednesday! The optician did a great job heat-shaping them for a perfect fit. Also, I got the two pairs for $98 deal; you can’t beat that price!
