Excellent customer service! They welcomed me with the smile. No waiting time and clean environment. Store manager Daniela was amazing; she did my protesting done and answered all my questions and concerns as well as gave me the recommendations. I definitely highly recommend this office.
I'm so sorry to lose $500. I came here with my mother to buy her prescription glasses. The woman who helped us seemed new to the store; she was very friendly but also distracted. We told her we wanted them thinned and with a filter film, but she didn't do either. My mother can't wear the glasses because the prescription is set too low, and she ends up feeling very dizzy. Yesterday, I went back to ask for just the glasses to be repaired, and the two women were attending to another customer and me at the same time. How are they supposed to understand both people? Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Daniela at the laburnum location was absolutely amazing. Friendly, engaging, and just a positive aurora all around. She made me feel comfortable about my visit. Helped me choose the best pair of lenses. I recommend stopping by and seeing her!
From the moment I waked into the door I was made to feel welcomed and seen. The Manager Daniela and her staff sprang into action making sure that I received the eye glasses and eye care I needed and wanted, they asked what I was looking for and when I told them they walked me right over to the product I was searching for, I found the perfect pair glasses. Daniela went over all of the options for my lenses assuring that I had what was needed to provide me with the best eyesight along with the time-line I could expect to receive my new pair of glasses. I had an amazing experience at America’s Best today! I came in needing a repair for my Ray-Ban glasses, which can be pretty difficult to fix because of how they’re manufactured. Tiffany was more than happy to help and took care of everything so quickly. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
