America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The ladiesin the store were very nice and helpful. But NOT having an in person optometrist is horrible . The girls doing the testing were not experienced. But they were kind and wiith more time will do well . The virtual optometrist was somewhere in the Midwest, he had a curt attitude! He told me I could get readers at the drugstore! My doctor at VEC, told me not buy cheap glasses because my eyes are are nor even, they give me headaches. But this guy told me I need prescription glasses. I had an eye exam 3 months ago, the were fine. Was he just trying to sell me something, does he work on commission? I have an appointment with my doctor on Thursday. He said my eyes don't change the quickly. If you need an eye exam don't go to America's best. They are no longer the best!!!

Devoni Taliah tuixiti were amazing. I was able to put on a fashion show for my glasses and get their honest opinion. It was a friendly atmosphere. Thank you ladies! I appreciate you all!

The ladies were very friendly and that's why it's getting 3 Stars. The whole process takes forever! Even with an appointment, I had to leave and come back later in the day because I had already been waiting and only got through one of the 3 steps. I did not think it would take more than an hour, but each step there was a huge wait in between. Plus, it took the ONLINE doctor forever to get on the appointment. And now it's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything, so I need to call and see where the 2 glasses I got are in the long process. Plus, the ad they have for 2 glasses and an eye exam - need to be more transparent. The very least you will actually pay is $150ish. I think for the most part, check out the others first - and use these as a last resort.

Don’t have the name but the older black lady working denied me the ability to buy contacts. She seemed older but couldn’t work the computer well. Said she couldn’t sell them to me and can’t get my contacts and had all sorts of issues and another employee chimed in to “help” but didn’t do anything either: so i called another Americas best and they got me taken care of same day. Crazy how poor the knowledge was here

I have never in my life written a bad review and I sat on the decision to do this for a few days, but I feel completely disrespected by this location. I ordered contacts from them on July 3rd and called two weeks later seeing if they had arrived. A black woman answered the phone and put me on hold then a white woman came back and said “we will call you when it’s ready” and then hung up. So, that was frustrating but, whatever. A whole week later I still hear nothing. So I do up there after work it was 5:55 pm and the black lady working the front was literally looking at me like I’m crazy when I was explaining the situation to her and then says “well I don’t know it’s my time to go home let me get someone to help”. She gets another lady, who also looks at me like I have 3 heads and I’m saying “can you please check to see if my contacts are here?” They go to the LOADS of orders they have sitting on the counter and grab my order and hand it to me. The lady at the counter then proceeded to tell me “well I hope your day gets batter” mind you, I’m not being rude. Just trying to get some answers. It seems as though this location deals with issues with this woman a lot though. My business is lost here definitely will not be coming back.
