Fantastic experience. Was able to get a same day apt. Picked out my glasses quickly. Had a bit of an issue with my HSA card. When this happened Letty (store associate) was super cool and patient. Took me a minute to figure it out. Was able to pay and be on my way. Super quick/easy.
Store manger Juliana, was amazing! Extremely professional, friendly & accommodating. Assisted me in replacing glasses I had very recently purchased, and broke. No hassle, easy solution!
Candy assisted me today and she was very professional and polite. She also was able to correct a miss understanding purchase with another rep that would have caused me severe anger and stress. I would recommend Candy for employee of the year.
As a husband, it was incredibly frustrating to watch my wife go through such a poor experience at America’s Best. After multiple attempts, they still failed to provide her with a correct, wearable prescription, even causing her significant discomfort. When we tried to resolve the issue, we faced long wait times and a clear lack of concern for her well-being. The focus seemed to be on sales rather than patient care. I expected far better professionalism and accountability.
I've been to this location for yearss but this time was by far the best, all thanks to my girl Candy!!! Candy is super knowledgeable and personable. She helped me with all my questions (I had MANY). She also assisted me to select the options that worked best for me. She also was my eyes, helped me choose frames that suited me the best too. Highly recommend this location. Especially being helped by Candy.
