America’s Best usually has great deals, but the customer service at this location has been consistently pushy and unprofessional. I just called to have my glasses mailed to me, which is a service the company offers, and the employee sounded irritated and definitely didn’t end the call with a good demeanor. Customers should not be treated disrespectfully for asking to use an available service. During a previous visit, a male employee told me that the frames I wanted did not complement my face shape. I have been choosing my own glasses for 26 years and definitely did not ask for styling advice. I told him that he was making me uncomfortable and his face lit up. Suggestions are fine, but pressuring customers or making them feel uncomfortable about their choices is not. The prices are good, but be prepared to stand firm about what you actually want. 💪

I had the best ever experience at this location. They kindly helped me with selection of a frame. Took time for me to choose the best type of lenses I needed. Then when my new frame and lenses arrived, they adjusted them to fit comfortably. Great job there at Anerica's Best!!! 5 Stars!!!!

I like my glasses that I got, but the customer service was not good. The doctor was ok, very short and not friendly but whatever. But the front desk ladies were just rude. And they looked at me like I had 2 heads every time I talked. When I asked questions they acted annoyed. I got stuck in traffic on my way to my appointment and I was running like 2 mins behind, so I called just to let them know I was still coming. The lady on the phone (who also helped check me out) acted like I was annoying her by calling. The price was good and I like my glasses but I’ll just go to a different location next time if they can’t treat customers nicely.

DO NOT GO HERE. I felt like I was an inconvenience the moment I walked in. When I was looking at the men’s glasses, one of the women came up to me and said “You know these are the men’s glasses, right?” Uh huh, I sure did. Because I didn’t like any of the women’s glasses. I’ve wanted oversized aviators, that’s what I was set on getting, and the men’s section had my favorite shade of green. The person who helped me pick out my glasses asked if I wanted his honest opinion on them, and I said yes. (I’d like to think I have thick skin. I probably don’t.) He said “It’s giving Dahmer.” And told me about how he told another customer she looked like a character from SpongeBob with her glasses. And he kept pointing me toward the women’s glasses, even the designer ones, and recommending those, when I didn’t like any of the styles and was also on a budget. I was so overwhelmed and pressured I picked glasses that ended up costing me an arm and a leg in addition to my aviators because I felt so much pressure from this man. Staff were openly talking smack about customers and personal matters, as well, and I could feel judgment seeping off of them. The cherry on top is that my prescription was incorrect. I’ve been walking around with a bad prescription for months because I’m too scared to go back, and I need to find someone else who takes my insurance and won’t upcharge me. And for the record, the frames look great on me and I feel good in them…you know, other than the glaring fact that I can’t see.

I just came from a great vision test. My doctor was Paris Sansouri I think. She is a lovely, warm person. I felt very satisfied . I even hugged her when I left. I don't know why the first review felt she was mean or something. Maybe she thought you were hard of hearing? I don't know. I came home to write this review so...
