America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglassest

My wife lost her glasses and ordered replacements from Americas Best. She paid 5 dollars to have the glasses mailed because we live 45 miles from the store. She was notified via text that her glasses were in but two weeks went by and they never arrived. We drove the 45 miles to the store where they had been sitting for two weeks with a receipt that showed the five dollars that was paid for shipping. The five dollars was not returned but a store credit was given. This amounts to stealing in my opinion.

I genuinely cannot believe how awful this business is. They gave me a prescription that was missing a vital digit, preventing me from being able to order contacts from another vendor. They also wrote the prescription for a specific contact with no substitutions available, meaning I could only get monthlies and not dailies. I was left on hold for an extended period of time when calling them once, and my insurance covered contacts provider was left on hold for another 10 minutes when contacting them for clarification on their improper prescription yet again. Avoid this America's Best at all costs

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I had scheduled this appointment months prior. I drove an hour and 30 minutes to this appointment. I was in the parking lot getting out of the car and got a text saying that they cancelled my appointment. I wasn't even late. They said if I wasn't checked in within 5 minutes of the appointment that it automatically cancels. They were rude.. I would not recommend this location.

Great place, great service. Always gotten my glasses here never had a problem. Actually been wearing the same pair last 3 years. And they look good as new polycarbonate lenses. Mind you i got the cheapest frame of like $80, but i just got my new pair!!!

DO NOT GET GLASSES FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I bought Nike frames from them and got all the upgrades for my lenses. About 2 months after having my new glasses the arm started becoming loose on one of the arms, also my lenses became scratched even though I paid for scratch resistant lenses. I took them in to have the fixed. The girl said oh those glasses are discontinued pick out another pair and your warranty will cover it. So I picked out another pair and 6 months later the arm on my new glasses snapped off. I went in to their office to see if I could just get a replacement arm and they told me these glasses are discontinued and now they want me to pay for new lenses and frames. I just got these less then a year ago. I’m not paying you another 585 dollars for new frames and lenses. I should never have had to use my warranty on scratched lenses and a stripped screw. I paid for the scratch free lenses and I never messed with the screw to strip it. These people are scam artist. Take your business somewhere else. They will take your money. Yes this will be reported to the BBB and I will be contacting corporate about this store.
