Very helpful and professional service with quick delivery of new glasses. Great service in getting them fit correctly to my face and love the sturdy cases. Our whole family uses America’s Best because they are!

Nick gained a customer for life today! He replaced glasses that were crushed on the highway accidentally. I've dealth with him several times regarding getting a darker lense f8r my sunglasses. He's always been super easy to work with and respectful. I'll never go anywhere else for glasses. Lauren is always so cheerful and kind. She and Nick are an asset to your company that will keep me coming back forever! Thank you.

Update: I received a call from Clay, the manager at America’s Best Eyewear, and he was extremely friendly and understanding of the situation. When I came in to pick up my glasses, Clay personally assisted me and ensured everything was handled smoothly and professionally. He completely turned the experience around. I am now 110% satisfied and would definitely be a repeat customer. Very Disappointed – Misleading and Unfriendly Service I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance and was never asked for my insurance. When I arrived, I even offered my insurance information and was told it wasn’t needed. Only after my exam and after I had picked out my glasses did they tell me they were out of network. That information should have been disclosed upfront. At that point, I was stuck either paying over $200 or walking out and still owing $70 for the exam, and having to start all over with the process of finding another Eye Doctor. It felt misleading and unfair. To make matters worse, the person who handled the cost was not friendly, not sympathetic, and not helpful at all. This could have easily been avoided with honest communication. I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this location. Verify everything before you come here.

My experience was mixed. Wait times are very inconsistent, sometimes quick, other times extremely long. It is hard to know what to expect. The reviews about long waits are definitely accurate. Even for a simple 15 min contact lense apointment you can expect to wait up to an 2.5 hours. However, once you do get in, the doctor and staff are kind and professional. Will be finding another place to go.

If you like to schedule an appointment at the same time they have made everyone else’s appointment and wait hours in the waiting room this is the place for you. The waiting room is full and there is only one doctor working. The one in Tiger Town in Auburn/Opelika is terrible. I only went there because that’s the only place my insurance would cover.
