America’s Best Optometrist

I've always used Americas Best for my Eyewear but after my last experience I will never bring my business here again. I ordered two pairs of Eyewear. I was told they'd be in around a certain date(5/23) so when that day came I called just to see if by chance my glasses had arrived, I have horrible vision and the glasses I had were completely broken so I was desperate for my new ones, luckily one of the two pairs ordered had arrived so I picked them up and was told that tracking showed my other pair would be in by 5/26. That day rolls around and no alert. So I give it some time. On 5/28 I call to see and am informed that tracking shows they'd be in by the next day or the 30th the latest. So I wait until Saturday the 30th and call to see again and was excited to see that they had indeed come in so I go to the location to pick them up. It's almost closing time so I was trying to rush out of there and so I simply tried them on to make sure I could see and that they fit. They did so I said thank you, and left. They were the correct color and it didn't even occur to me to make sure they were the correct frame so I didn't even inspect that. I got home and looked and theyre not the glasses I ordered at all. I hate them so much and unfortunately for me I have a flight out of state in a few hour and won't be back for a month. The store was closed and it's the weekend so I can't rectify this until Monday. Im not sure what they'll do but I hope they make this right. I take blame for not checking the frame but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine they'd mess something like that up. I've been wearing glasses for 25+ years and never had something like this occur. I will update with how they handle this situation.

Broke my glasses by sitting on them then trying to fix them myself.. rookie mistake not getting warranty the first time 😅. Raquel was awesome! She found my frames and helped me reorder them. She also helped me understand my insurance and explained the detailed billing + the warranty to me perfectly. 10/10!

I took my meta Ai glasses to get a prescription put in them and get an eye exam ! Eye exam was great. After 2 weeks I received my glasses with loose lenses. I noticed I never received my original lenses back . I went back to store to ask for my original lenses because new lenses where looose.. The Manger who help me Amanda told me she took my lenses out and gave them to me before she sent them . Basically they stole my lenses and called me lair because I never received my lenses before or after my glasses were sent off . Amanda is not honest person !

I bought a pair of glasses last Sept. 2025 the frame broke and I went back got the same design and the frame broke again 3rd times a charm right? Nope they screwed up the lenses and I had to pay again, in all I paid $366.00 the lenses came in and the "manager" was miserable and never an apologize just rude look on her face and skeleton tattoos up and down her arms. Unprofessional and bad attitude they wouldn't let me keep the lenses I paid for. Be smart and stay away from this location.

I have been going here for about 2 years and was not happy with the last experience. I went in for my exam and the doctor wasn’t very friendly or nice. Then they called me to tell me my contacts were ready. I didn’t order contacts. The girl on the phone said that I didn’t order glasses. I checked my receipt and confirmed that I ordered glasses. After a bunch of back and forth I finally asked for a manager who told me there were samples of contacts ready for me. Cool. Went in when my glasses were ready and the girls were so preoccupied with talking to each other, that I felt I was interrupting them. The girl tells me to sit down and put on my glasses. She doesn’t sit down with me. Instead, she says “well, do they fit”. Ummm not sure but I think they’re sideways. “Ok are they too loose?” Now maybe I’ve been spoiled but usually when I’ve went anywhere else they are sitting down and helping you know if they fit and they have a little measuring system. Maybe they don’t do that but I felt very much rushed and dismissed and will not be purchasing glasses from them again.
