I'm giving this location 5 stars because the staff is freaking amazing!!! However Wednesday I came in for the typical eye exam and to get contacts along with replacing my glasses, I received my trial pair of contacts and put them in thursday morning and headed off to work and noticed I couldn't read road signs and things were blurry. I set up a fallow up appointment to figure out what's going on. Today Friday I came in for my follow up appointment for my contacts.. Dr Warden called me back and asked me if I was having trouble seeing up close or far away. I told her I can't read road signs and things were blurry, so I guess I can't see far away. I asked her if I needed to remove the contacts for this test she told me no 😨 We started the test and she asked me if I can read the letters and I told her barley they are blurry and she said that's ok try your best so I read the letters off to her. Mind you my left eye was covered and I was reading with my right eye. She went through the 1 or 2 process and the further into it we went the harder it was to see. We stopped testing..She told me that the doc I saw on Wednesday didn't change my prescription and kept it the same and that it was weird... She had me go out to the floor to set me up with different trial contacts and I was very unimpressed with the fact that we didn't do the entire eye test nor did we even test my left eye, I know my right eye is better then my left I live with these eye balls I know my left is worse then my right! I'm baffled that she didn't have me take the trial pair out and just start over with the testing for both eyes, I drive for my job and it's a must for me to be able to read the road signs working or not! I'm stuck with these contacts until I get the new trial pairs she ordered for me and I'm convinced that they aren't going to work because they ARE THE SAME PRESCRIPTION I HAVE NOW! I can't not stress this enough that the rest of the staff is amazing and I love them! I love how I'm treated like family every time I'm there!!! However Dr Warden I'm not impressed with, I felt unheard and not taken care of by her!

I went in today for my daughters first contact appointment. Isaiah, was friendly and unbelievably patient teaching my daughter how to put contacts in for the first time. He never made her feel rushed and she was able to walk out wearing her contacts.
At my last appointment I had an emergency call from my daughters school and had to leave suddenly. A manager with red hair, I believe her name is Celeste, was extremely understanding and helpful and got me a same day appointment for later that day. She was amazing. All of the staff at this location have been great! And since she had asked, my daughter is doing fine :)
Friendly staff. Affordable Since this last review I've had the pleasure of the Nampa store helping me a bunch. AMAZING staff. I was having issues with some glasses. Trying to get them to fit right. Finally I threw in the towel. Ordered a different pair. Every time I had to go for an adjustment they were so sweet. Trying to help fix the issues. Laughing with me and my daughter. Just an amazing vibe. Not just one person all the staff. My new glasses were on the way but I was heading out of town. I called to see if by chance they were in. They were due to arrive that morning. They knew I was in the area. As soon as they got the shipment they called. Just amazing customer service. I would give them way more stars if I could. Thank you for making my glasses experience great. Look forward to seeing you again.
We walk in earlier after noon.We just wait for like 10-20 mins and they already started getting our eyes check. And since we brought our special needs son.He doesn't like places that is look like a clinic or hospital. He gonna start to cry very loud and same thing when his happy. When i say sorry bout my son being loud. They are so ok bout it. All of the staff there are very kind and sweet. The lady getting our info even help me picking my glasses bc i don't know what glasses is good for me. Definitely will recommend it and will stick with this place ❤️
