Was helped by Mario. Knew his stuff and explained everything in great detail. What I wanted was a little out of my range since my insurance was out of network. He gave me some great options that fit my wallet. Took his time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease while making the choices for the perfect frames and lens. Dr. Kozelowski at America’s Best on Irving Park & Harlem is amazing—he truly cares about his patients. He diagnosed my eye issue, offered solutions, and recommended vitamins to slow its progression. The staff, especially the girl who helped with my glasses, were super friendly and helpful. Overall, very comfortable visit with excellent customer service!
**update** Manager called and advised she wasn’t told by staff about the call they had. And they should have reached out for the final decision. Thank you for your call time and support Natalie! I hate this place but unfortunately I only wear their contacts. Every other brand is either way out of price range or hurts my eyes. I recently lost my job and am out of contacts. I asked for 1 trial pair to get me through til I can get some type of insurance and they said no. Like sorry I didn’t choose to lose my job. I didn’t ask for multiple pairs I asked for 1 pair. I buy all my contacts through them too and they can’t even support anything.
I had a horrible experience at another company/location & made an appt here last minute as an emergency. As a brand new customer with terrible astigmatism, I was amazed at the great quality of service/care I received here from the ladies at the front desk & the Optometrist. I saw the Optometrist Mateusz Kozlowski and he went above & beyond to quickly see me, give me an accurate prescription, and I received my contact lenses quicker than expected. Absolutely amazing service!!!
