The only thing that is good about this place is probably the doctor. We’ve always had good luck with the doctor not up selling anything getting us in and out great service. After that though it gets pretty messy. If you Are using insurance it takes them quite a while to figure that Out.. When you call to check on the status of things that you ordered, They will tell you that they have been busy and haven’t had a chance to look through the packages that have come in. And you might get that same exact message days apart. Or they might confuse you with a different order or ask if your order was something that you didn’t even order at all. The cost is good for this place. The eye doctor is good for this place. The customer service for this place is pretty frustrating and I’ve been going there for years and I only go there because of the cost.

We got some glasses for the wife, some FLORENCE BY MILLS....TRASH!!!! A month and a half and the arm/leg broke from manufacturer defect. They wouldnt replace them because they never told us about any warranty. They wanted us to spend more money for a new frame, will not be going back unless they make it right. We have been struggling to keep them going until we can replace the frame in a near future.

Love this place! Very clean and staff is on point. The doctor was thorough and professional. Additionally, Hailey was my favorite person there. She was very personable and professional. She explained options in details and was quite knowledgeable. She made the whole process so easy, I wasn’t stressed as much as I was I previous occasions. Plenty of parking and clean washroom! I’ve been a customer of Americas best for over 15 years now. Never have I’ve been treated like I was treated on this location. The lady upfront told me to wait while she was taking care of someone. I waited, then while waiting I got a text saying my appointment had been cancelled for being late. Then they didn’t want to see me. Her boss Renee said they have a time limit to get here, but yeah how come no body checked me in for the 10 mins I was in there? Overall this has been the dumbest situation here. Everyone in there is too young to know how to treat customers. Hire some adequate people.

Staff in there is very unprofessional. They gave me the wrong information now I have to use my insurance twice after already doing an exam. I believe the people in there need a little bit more training on what they are supposed to do. I’m not sure if they are looking for a career path in optometry, however, I believe that they need a little bit more experience and knowledge of what the customer really needs.
