Huge shout out for Sean at the Forest Park location. He did a great job helping us fit our budget since I didn't have vision insurance. He also explained all the options in a very knowledgeable way. Also Gabby fixed the nose pad on my kid's current glasses, and took the time to advise on the new pair. This place has great staff! Highly recommended.

He took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and made the entire process of getting both my glasses and contacts so easy. My daughter and I have been visiting America's Best for a long time and have typically received excellent service. However, today, we experienced an exceptional level of care from a team member named Sean. Sean was very attentive, providing us with personalized customer service rather than a self-service experience. Usually, our visits involve self-guided activities such as selecting glasses, but Sean took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of the optometrist's recommendations. We sincerely appreciate Sean's outstanding customer service and encourage him to continue providing such excellent support to all customers.

Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. At my most recent visit from the front desk woman to the doctor, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The man helping me pick out lenses was particularly helpful, Sean was his name, he explained in great detail all the advanced lense options available to help with my astigmatism, all of which I declined because I'm broke but it's the effort that counts. This is just a great location in general that I suggest to anyone.
