I had such an amazing experience at America’s Best thanks to the incredible staff! Ruby was absolutely phenomenal — so helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Her professionalism stood out immediately, and she carries such a beautiful aura that brings positivity and warmth to the entire establishment. She truly made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. Ronda and Mayte was equally pleasant and professional, with an uplifting energy that makes customers feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in. The level of customer service, patience, and care from these ladies deserves recognition. America’s Best is fortunate to have such outstanding team members representing the brand. Highly recommend!

Tiffany provides exceptional service. Although I do not live near this location, I choose to spend my hard-earned money where I consistently receive excellent care. Since my first visit on a whim, I have not been disappointed. As a first-time eye glass wearer, I found the process of learning about eyewear and selecting frames for daily use somewhat overwhelming. Tiffany made me feel comfortable throughout, demonstrating patience as I adjusted. She is professional, knowledgeable, and offers honest opinions, which I greatly appreciate. I will continue to travel to this location because of her outstanding assistance.

I had scheduled an eye exam for my child here on a Saturday. However, I later received an email from the clinic proposing an earlier appointment on Monday, which I accepted. Yet, just as I was preparing to head in for the exam, a staff member called to cancel the Monday appointment and revert it to the original Saturday slot. I didn't understand the reason why, but I agreed to the change regardless. The very next day, however, a different staff member called me asking why I hadn't shown up for my Monday appointment. I explained that I hadn't come because their colleague had called the previous day to cancel that specific appointment. Despite this, they shifted the blame onto me, claiming that no staff member had ever made such a call, and proceeded to cancel my Saturday appointment as well. When I visited the clinic in person to demand an explanation, the staff members there behaved rudely and showed a complete lack of respect for customers—even displaying discriminatory attitudes toward me as an Asian person. It is truly appalling that a business establishment would employ staff members like this. I requested to speak with a manager to discuss the situation, but they refused to let me see one. Instead, they spoke to me with smirking expressions and used language that was truly uneducated and unprofessional. I will never return to this place again given such a complete lack of respect.

Went there to get new glasses and updated prescription for my 70 plus year old mother. They offer plenty of test to help with eyesight also recommendations for eye health. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff and there are sooooo many pairs of glasses to choose from. So if you don't find the pair you want there's always online options.
