I just want to say the entire staff at America’s best in Lafayette were incredibly accommodating. I had a few hiccups with a follow up exam and desired a contact exam as well. They all were assuring and very willing to make sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to please visit and also leave a comment for each of them. Owen, Dorian, Jen, and Desmond, thank you for your service and willingness to assist me and my eye care needs. You all are the real deal, and I see how your desire to help overflows into your position here. Thank you again and if you don’t mind please share with the sweet lady that set up my virtual eye exam today that she made my visit extra special just by being personable and accommodating as well. I didn’t get her name but she was a rockstar too. I will be recommending America’s Best - Lafayette to many.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Americas Best Eye Center on Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette Louisiana. The management team let me have an appointment for eye exam on the same day after my other appointment was canceled at another company and Desmond was very polite and professional helping me pick out the best frames for my vision maximizing my benefits. What a top-notch experience!!!! If you are looking for glasses and contact at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Americas Best Eye Center in Lafayette!!!!

Excellent service and the Doctor was very thorough and explained my issues with compassion. The Fitting guy to help me pick out my frames was very attentive to what I wanted and liked. My overall experience was awesome.

Went with my adult son to help pick out glasses. He saw the doctor rather quickly, wait was not long, and decided on contacts too. They have a nice selection of glasses running from $95 to $400.

Had a great visit at America’s Best this morning. Opted for the remote Doctor. Sandra completed all my pre-exam tests. She was amazing! So sweet! Doctor came online & exam was quick & easy. Eryka was so nice & helpful, very informative - got me fitted for new frames & contacts. Everyone I encountered was super friendly, overall a very positive experience!
