It was a great experience. Sharon was a blast and very helpful and Dr Tran was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Angel is who gave me my contact class the next day and he helped me learn how to put them in a very patient and calm way. He was extremely funny too. Overall the staff is great, recommend it as it was affordable without insurance. And there was no pressure to buy glasses or anything from there.

Horrible experience beginning to end. Waited in lobby for more than an hour. They dont take care of first come first serve. We had to wait on sales. The manger even came over after 45mins and explained she wasn't taking us because she didn't want to get tied up and someone come in to pick up glasses. So go ahead and keep yourself available for future potentials. Next sales person was helpful. Process was adequate, cost was great, selection was decent. Waited 2 weeks to get glasses. No text yet. Called Thursday no answer twice. THEY DONT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Called Friday 3x in morning over an hour. 3x in afternoon over an hour. No answer. No voicemail. Called Frederick office. They didnt know why Washington Co. is a ghost town. They clearly dont want to work. Poor service and poor communication. Will escalate to corporate office and BBB.

Every time, long lines of at least 4 people in front of you, no one sitting at front desk. Also one attendant after helping the next person who had been waiting for 30 minutes, helped 2 walk in’s instead. Two people have walked out since I arrived.

Kaci was the best. She helped me with a problem with my glasses that made them fit better than ever before. She is friendly and kind and very experienced. I always make sure Kaci is on duty if I need help. Great experience.
