America’s Best Optometrist

Had such a great experience with the wonderful eye care team at America’s Best in Eagan. This was my very first eye exam, and everything was smooth from start to finish. My face was sore from all the smiling and laughs. They were fun, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get fitted for frames, learn more about progression (multifocal) eyeglasses, or explore transitional lenses. The staff is the best!! After a month of frustration, I finally received the help I needed at the Eagan location. I had been dealing with an incorrect prescription that was repeatedly changed by two different doctors, causing ongoing issues with both my glasses and contact lenses. Thankfully, Dr. Sun was able to identify that both prescriptions were completely wrong and took the time to get everything corrected. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Roseville and St. Louis Park locations were very disappointing. The Roseville location, in particular, felt unprofessional and lacked the customer service skills I expected. The entire process was stressful and dragged on for over a month. In contrast, the Eagan location was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. I was especially grateful that they were willing to exchange my glasses due to the prescription error, even though it had been over 30 days. A special thank you to Candy, who was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She made sure all of my needs were met and double-checked that everything was correct before I left. Her customer service was outstanding. I truly wish I had gone to the Eagan location from the beginning. Top-tier service, and they completely turned my experience around. Karla and Simone were an amazing help. They're happy, get it done demanor was a joy to see in a world, where many do not take pride in their work. Karla and Simone not only made me feel welcome, they help their clients and myawlf carefully pick out the best frame to fit the best and look the best.

I had an excellent experience at this eyeglass store. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The employee who helped me (I believe her name was candy) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and helped me find the perfect fit for both my glasses and contacts.What really stood out was how confident I felt leaving the store. The employee made sure everything fit properly and that I understood how to use and care for my contacts. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and helpful.I left feeling excited about my new glasses and contacts, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience. I will definitely be back for all of my eye care needs!

Best customer service EVER!! I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. Everyone that we have interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable & friendly . Candy is incredible! She took time to help find the best deals for us. She was also honest when asking for her opinion on which frames she liked better. When we picked up our glasses Karla was awesome. She made sure that the glasses fit correctly & that there were no issues. This is our second time getting our glasses here. We've had glasses for over 50 years , this store is the best! Customer service, quality & cost. I highly recommend America's Best, Eagan!!
