Every staff member I came across was extremely professional and had wonderful customer service. I had my baby with me and couldn't settle on a pair I liked so i started to stress out. Aliah who works in the front took her time and walked with me and we tried on a few pairs until I found one I liked. Real sweet lady. She also broke down all what my benefits covered, whats out of pocket and helped me get the right lenses and any other requests I had. The doctor was prompt and friendly too.

I had a great experience at this store. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in, and my appointment was quick and efficient. A special thank you to Ms. Clem for helping me navigate my insurance and for assisting me in choosing a beautiful pair of glasses. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location.
