I ve gotten several pairs of glasses at this office on Rte 4 in Paramua. Staff has always friendly and helpful even if they re crowded. They replaced my recently purchased prescription sunglasses in minutes and did so with a smile I thought i would have to wait 2 weeks. Thanks to Stephanie today for making my day better. My wife came here for an eye exam, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. She didn't have to wait very long, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the visit. They made the experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this office. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👓😊

Quick, top tier service. I was see immediately upon arriving during my lunch hour. All my concerns were addressed, preventative care was discussed, and no one tried to upsell me! A fav Americas best location of mine.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:20 a.m. and arrived at 9:30. I was told they have a 10-minute grace period, so they would not see me. The office was completely empty, yet they still refused to honor my appointment. As a first-time patient, this was a very disappointing experience. I was never seen, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.
