America’s Best Optometrist

I’ve been coming to America’s Best for years, but my experience at the location off Airport HWY was amazing. The staff treated my wife and I as royalty from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. The representative, Erin, that helped me went above and beyond your normal customer service experience ensuring me with great pricing, answers to all our questions, all with a smile on her face. Rarely ever do I write reviews but they earned all 5 of these stars!

First I want to say the entire staff and doctor is wonderful at this location on Spring Meadows. I want to point out my Exceptional experience with Sarah. She is so knowledgeable, patient and GREAT with style. I originally picked out my own glasses. They ended up being too heavy on the bridge of my nose. She offered assistance and not only helped me pick the right frames but they are weightless and don’t even know I’m wearing them. Let me add that they make me look more youthful ☺️ I have now got 2 pair with her help on 2 separate occasions. I know we think we just like what we like, but like that old thing, what looks good to you isn’t always the best choice for you. If you make an appointment at this location, ask for Sarah, you will be happy you did. She will guide you through the whole process and let her lead you on picking the right frames and complete glasses. I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve been to some retail establishments to get glasses that felt like I was going to the dentist. At this America’s best location you can be certain that your prescription will be accurate. You will be treated with respect and honesty and if you ask for Sarah the whole experience. I’ve been blind my entire life but I am so glad I saw Katie at the spring meadows location. I will start by saying I have been an Americas best customer in 3 different states and between Texas, Florida and Ohio. Today I think I might have had the best experience I’ve had with the entire company thanks to Katie. I was visiting family and waiting for my contacts from another company but when I came in Katie helped me get the contacts I needed and I didn’t even have to wait weeks for shipping! Katie noticed my distress and was able to assist me in a comforting manner after I thought I was doomed. Not only was I able to leave with the product I needed the same day but it is also a fraction of the price! Thanks again to Katie and the entire staff at spring meadows!

I called to get a quote on getting my glassea repaired and the lady i spoke with who said her name was Sherry was completely rude and didn't want to help she actually wanted to transfer me to the store I originally went to and when I asked if she had my information an if so could she just help she said well I guess I could and put me on hold for 20 minutes. When she finally gets on the phone I ask how much it would cost to repair my glasses and she quotes me on how much it was to replace, I let her know im not asking for a replacement i just wanted a repair she then proceeds to provide me with the same answer on replacement. I asked one more time how much just a repair would be she then say well if they can be repaired it's free. She was completely rude and disrespectful for no reason at all I will be taking my business elsewhere.
