America’s Best Optometrist

I had such a wonderful experience at America’s Best! Dina and Issy were incredibly warm, friendly, and efficient. They fixed two pairs of my sunglasses so quickly—and honestly, it felt like a little miracle! 😄 I’m so grateful to both of them. What impressed me wasn’t just their skill and professionalism, but also their genuine smiles and kindness. They made the whole experience so pleasant from beginning to end. Front desk guy was great but the doctor here is not good. I went here thinking because of the good reviews it was going to be great. As I said front desk guy was nice didn't catch his name but the dr lady was not good. She lied to me. Told me I had a eye disease and couldn't wear contacts and something felt off about the whole thing so I went to another eye dr the same day and that dr told me my eyesight was fine and I could wear contacts and the prescription was way different than what that lady had told me . Long story short don't go to cheap places. I went to pine vision in center city and they were amazing and their prescription made my eyesight see better.

I had an a great experience during my appointment as well aa during my kids appointments. Ms.Carla was excellent and great at her job. She spoke with care and concern and did her job professionally and with in a timely manner. Will be back, thanks Carla.

I am satisfied with the service at this location. The team was exceptional and the store manager, Dina is beyond great. She is extremely professional, courteous and most of all made sure that all our needs were met and that we were satisfied with our purchase and our services. She is truly amazing!

I had an amazing experience at this location! My daughter and I were in and out! Leanne and Sanai were so sweet at the front desk. Rayan the tech was friendly. The beautiful optometrist Dr. Mathew was so knowledgeable. Issy informed my daughter thoroughly about her contacts. Carla and James helped us choose the best glasses. And the store manager Dina is amazing, helping us get the best deals on our glasses. Truly an exceptional team, if I could give TEN stars I would!
