1. This location is very frustrating to deal with. I previously used Americas Best with a different insurance. Wait times were painfully long. Waited an hour to use the virtual doctor. When it was my turn I sat in the exam room waiting for another 30 mins for the virtual dr. The manager came in, apologized that they would have to reschedule because no doctors were “signing on” At a later date, I was able to see the doctor in office for contacts. 2. I received new insurance, called this location to see if my insurance was in network & verified with receptionist. When I called back to make an appointment I gave a different receptionist my insurance information. When I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist informed me that my insurance was in fact not in network. Save yourself the aggravation & go somewhere else.
