Unfortunately, they don't provide quality service. I bought glasses from this company 6 months ago. I had an examination with their doctor, but the prescription was completely different from what the doctor gave me. I suffered a lot for 6 months. After 6 months, I went back and they said, "Sorry, there's no change in your prescription; we made the glasses incorrectly." They said, "Give us your glasses, and we'll correct them." When I said I couldn't go even an hour without my glasses, they made me buy new ones. And they haven't been able to prepare the second pair for almost two months. There isn't even a company this terrible in Africa.

Linsey was the best! She made me feel so comfortable while puffing air in my eyes. She was personable and funny. Thanks Linsey for make my experience great!

I’ve been going to America’s Best for years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any location. The doctor was incredibly rude and dismissive. I tried explaining that the contact lens prescription he gave me was extremely blurry and that I literally could not see well enough to wear them out safely. Instead of listening, he had me read a numeric line quickly and immediately said, “Nope, you’re fine.” At that point, since I was clearly such a bother to him, I told him it was okay and that I would just go somewhere else. He then sarcastically responded, “They’re gonna tell you the same thing.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, the cleanliness of this location was absolutely disgusting. The mirrors were dirty, the sinks were rusted and filthy, and the entire office felt unhygienic. It honestly made me not want to touch anything. Very disappointing experience overall. I will not be returning to this location.

I had a very bad experience at this location. My appointment time was not respected at all. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment, and then after 1 hour and 30 minutes I still had not even been helped to choose my glasses. At that point I was so frustrated that I just paid to get my prescription and left. Completely unacceptable wait times and very poor time management. I would not recommend this location.

I accidentally sat on my glasses and needed to get them adjusted so they could stop sliding off...I decided to stop at this location although I got them at the Heights location though it's a bit far😄.. and ask if they could help me...the Miss that greeted me was super sweet...not to mention the Miss that adjusted my glasses....completely forgot to ask for their names..though they know who they are😃
