I am writing this because management seriously needs to know how their staff behaves when left to their own devices. My girlfriend and I came in to get her glasses, and the moment we walked in, we noticed a massive bottleneck. Every single employee was huddled up behind the front counter just socializing and chatting, completely ignoring the four people who were already sitting in the reception area. As soon as we walked up to the counter, the group scattered like cockroaches when the lights turn on. All of them except for one employee retreated to the back contacts area. While we were being helped, I watched the rest of the staff just sit in the back doing absolutely nothing to help the waiting customers. One of them even kept peaking around the wall to look at the reception area, fully aware that people were sitting there waiting for help, but chose to do nothing. It’s incredibly unprofessional. The only reason this isn't a 0-star review is the single employee who stayed up front, the girl wearing the France soccer jersey, was absolutely fantastic. She helped us immediately, she was extremely nice, and she handled our glasses order flawlessly. She deserves a raise for carrying the entire front desk on her back, while the rest of the staff needs a serious lesson in basic customer service and work ethic. Management, please look into who was working this shift and train your team properly.

This place has terrible customer service. I went in to pick up two pair of new glasses I had purchased that were ready for pickup. There was a couple of people waiting at the front desk. The girl at the counter was taking a long time trying to help someone and the line was now 8 to 9 people deep. There were two other girls that came up to the counter and left never helped. Finally some comes to help the next person. He actually stopped what he was doing to help her. I was told to go have a seat and someone would help me. I asked when someone would be over, the girl standing at the counter doing nothing said someone would come. No one did. So after almost 30 mins waiting, I ask and I was told lunch time would be a better time to come back. It was 11:30, so I just left without my glasses! Other people were also just sitting waiting to pick up glasses. They were helping people who where just looking around who came in after or just standing around, but I guess if you already purchased you were no longer a priority. I will never purchase from here again.
The receptionist was especially nice, and the eye Dr. Was very polite and VERY nice to look at. I received two pair of glasses and an exam for just a bit under 100.. I was also very impressed with how fast I received both pair of glasses. I will definitely be coming back.
I love my glasses!!! The whole process was quick and everyone was extremely helpful!!! The doctor shows you what your new prescription will be and that's awesome. My glasses were ready only in one week, was supposed to take two, so I got a week early which was much needed! I went in with a picture of the glasses I found online and the girl in the front found them for me and luckily they had one pair left. Picking up my glasses was quick and easy and he cleaned my old and new glasses and explained the warranty and asked if I needed any adjustments. I will definitely be going back here for my next pair of glasses. I can actually read the shampoo bottle again!
Horrible customer service, I called to make an appointment for the evening and was told by Bethany that it’s not necessary because they take walk ins for the same day. So I showed up at 4:30pm and they said there is not more walk ins because the doctor is behind. So I asked my job for permission to leave Early and got there only to find out that Bethany didn’t inform me that if the doctor gets behind then they stop taking walk ins. The front staff was rude and the general manager was the rudest of them all. As a client i did everything I was supposed to do but only to find out that their staff member provided the wrong information. Very disappointed. They offer to boon me for another date, but I can’t ask my job to let me out early again. I feel like I lost the opportunity to be seen only because their staff members didn’t provide the right information.
