I had an amazing experience at America’s Best in Pearland (3609 Business Center Dr.)! Every single lady there was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. You can tell they all know their jobs and work together as a great team. When I first picked up my glasses, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the frames. Instead of making me feel rushed, they took their time to help me find another pair that better suited me. They were patient, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I left happy. I went back today to pick up my new glasses, and I absolutely love them! They fit perfectly, look great, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at the Pearland location for your outstanding customer service and for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best! the eye doctor, was super nice, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Jennifer who helped me pick out my glasses was also amazing—very helpful, friendly, patient, and kind. They took the time to help me find glasses that I liked, and they even gave us a discount, which was greatly appreciated! Overall, everyone provided excellent customer service. They are an absolute powerhouse team.I went in feeling a bit overwhelmed because my prescription is pretty high, and I’m always picky about finding frames that can mask the lens thickness—even after they are thinned down! **Grace**, the manager, was incredible. She was kind, knowledgeable, and gave me honest feedback on what looked best and what would actually work with my lenses. It’s rare to get such personalized attention at a busy shop, but she made me feel like a total priority. She was so helpful that I ended up buying three pairs of glasses, which I’ve never done before! Afterward, **Jennifer** helped me check out. Terrible experience. Insurance was verified in network. During appointment, turns out our insurance is no longer in network. I called back during family members appointment to find the issue, was immediately hit with “excuse me ma’am, but I’m only the night receptionist. I’ll put you on hold for a manager.” I agreed this would be best. She kept me on hold until the office closed. I tried to call back and leave a message, but every time I received a “call failed” notification while leaving a voicemail.
