This is my second time visiting this location. Very happy with their services. They are very friendly and thorough. Prices are reasonable. They'll accept new patients. They also will accept patients without insurance. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mia during the initial intake portion. Lovely young lady with good Christian values. Dr. Diana Cartwright was the doctor who preformed my exam. Great doctor. She took the time to explain my condition and answered all my questions. I would recommend asking for her. Thank you for the great care.

I have been coming here for the past several years. Never had any major issues. The location is convenient and I can make appointments on Saturdays. At one point, I even purchased their 3 year plan even though I had insurance. The doctors are really good too. My prescription is almost always spot on even though it's barely changed in the past decade. My most recent visit is one that made me feel uneasy and not want to return. I will probably find a new place for me and my children. I wouldn't say it was bad, but rather not the place for it. It's a business after all and not one that is advertised as religious. I believe in freedom of religion and I respect others beliefs, and when I was asked by an associate if I'd like them to pray for me... At my eye doctor's appointment... That isn't plastered with religious affiliation then yes, it caught me off guard. One could say, that was kind of her to offer while some could say it was inappropriate or question if one needs to be saved.
Horrible experience, I received glasses for the first time. Needed bifocals, was not explained the real difference between styles. Progressive and regular. Was told there was a line between regular bifocals and progressive.. but it's much more than that. I should have been shown the big difference. So now I have glasses that are worthless to me. Big bubble that I can't wear 200$ worth of waste. The lady that helped me was terrible. Had no desire to be helpful. I definitely don't recommend!!!!After asking recommendations to call customer care they lied about me contacting them and told to wait. After the 30 days they refused to help. Customer care is a third party joke. No care for customer at all. Please do not use this company.,!!!!
I've come into this location about 3 or more times chosen my frame and paid for the exam via insurance it's been almost if not 2 months or longer and I called to pick up my glasses since I haven't heard anything. I was told we dont see that you purchased anything so because I didn't pay for any upgrades on my glasses they haven't moved forward with getting my prescription ready. I wouldn't recommend this location with a bunch of young lady's that just want to be on phones instead of helping customers. Exam went smoothly but after that help and customer service has been all downhill!
i came in the store to buy some contacts, at Americans best , i was helped by Matilda at the grapevine prairie store , she was exceptional, the store was very clean and the staff was very friendly , Iyene was the first one i talked to and she was such a sweetheart and extremely helpful. i feel so blessed to have such great people taking care of me and others .
