Best eye exam I have ever had! Dr Issac was very through and answered all of my questions. Amy, Stacie and Adrienne were all amazing! So helpful and kind. I definitely will use them again. Great experience!!
I made appointments for me and my son, 5 and 5:20pm. We arrived about 10 minutes before 5, pre-testing was done quickly. It's 6:08 pm and I haven't seen the doctor yet! They close at 7pm. This is unacceptable! The staff have been polite. They should let customers know when there's a problem with time or not schedule people the way they do.
Absolutely worst eye appointment I have ever experienced. Even after seeing the DR its taken me over a half hour to just try and LEAVE. I feel like a prisoner waiting to get let out. Just give me my script and let me leave for Christ sakes!!!!!!
I had a good experience when I went to the store however, I got my glasses and they were. Broken within a month. Very cheap frames. Had to order new pair which took 3 weeks to get back. We will see how these do.
Will never come back here ever again!!!! Had I know it was going to be a remote exam I would’ve never brought my dad. His appt was at 11:50 and it’s been 2hrs and still waiting this is ridiculous.
