Garbage customer service. I went to pick up my ray ban meta 2. Spend $500. Annd the lady doesn’t wanna say no information, like if the glass doesn’t work will they fix or exchange?She acts like just buy it and get out of the store. She hesitates to show me the glass that am purchasing. I felt like she is scamming me. So rude so so unprofessional. can’t believe $500 is not money anymore or what? I was risking my money to buy from her cause I had to get it for my boyfriend thats day. I had no other choice to buy. And guess what ,my glass is making cricking noise. Idk if I go they will fix it or not. On top of that their recite is literally hand written. Like seriously? So so unprofessional. I can’t believe forest hill has such bad customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional experience from start to finish Yesterday I stopped by this optical store in Forest Hills looking for color contact lenses, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Regina welcomed me with the biggest smile. I didn’t have to wait at all—she immediately took the time to help me and guide me in choosing the right color contacts for my eyes and overall look. Her feedback was professional, honest, and spot-on, and I truly appreciated her expertise. I was impressed by both the quality and the wide selection of products the store offers. As a local, I’ve visited other optical shops in the area in the past, and unfortunately, the customer service elsewhere felt rushed, rude, or simply uninterested in my needs. In comparison, this place is on a completely different level—there’s honestly no comparison at all. The store itself has a beautiful, minimalist look and feel that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff genuinely want you to feel and look amazing. They take the proper time to listen, understand what you’re looking for, and—most importantly—are honest about what works for you and what doesn’t. Because of this experience, I will without a doubt be transferring all my prescriptions here. I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for an eye exam, new lenses, or even a thoughtful gift for someone. You’ll save time, feel taken care of, and actually enjoy the process. I just picked up my second pair of glasses - why? Because the first pair are awesome! Great quality lenses and done right! This time around I was examined by Dr Anastasia. She was great and spent a lot of time making sure the prescription would be perfect. Big shout out to Talia as well! She patiently helped me pick out frames (that I love) and measured my eye distance. And she always has a welcoming smile! I highly recommend AVC Forest Hills location!

Regina sold me a pair of glasses that are stunning! I get so many compliments on them! She talked me through it and helped me picked them out. The rest of the staff are lovely and really good about letting you take your time. I cannot reccomend them enough, especially if you are looking for a change in your glasses look!

I went for the first time today and right away I was given the proper care and help, they helped me find the right frames for me and I was seen by the doctor and given a thorough examination!! The customer service and care is top notch!! Shout out to Talia for helping me out and I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!! I definitely recommend this place!!!
