Great experience. Staff was thorough and very professional. However, Jealynn who checked me out, really earned the sale. Zero pressure and she felt very honest. I was only planning on ordering contact. Because of her, I bought glasses too. Being straight forward means a lot to me and, when it comes to sales, it difficult to find someone whom feels genuine.
Today was my first experience in this office, and I was extremely impressed. Everyone was super nice, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Special appreciation for Courtney, Taylor, and J (sp?), who were each so very very kind and helpful. Dr. Owen and her assistant were really wonderful. A speedy yet very comprehensive visit. I highly recommend this office!!
Dr. Walden is very friendly, personable and kind. She was thorough with my eye exam and gave good recommendations. There is minimal wait for the scheduled visit time which is super nice and shows that they value your time as a customer as well. The front gals were all super nice and helpful. Overall great experience and will continue having my eye visits here.
Although the office was very busy, Amy was attentive and thorough. First visit here but it seems like a good office and I plan to return. Updated. Great first visit, terrible second. Denied my appointment because apparently out of network - but I could have paid out of pocket and would have since I was already there. Was treated very poorly by the staff who later apologized when I later called to leave a message for the doctor. The doctor doubled down on me... poor experience. Gave 2 stars because the first appointment was good. Won't ever return.
My visit was excellent. However there was some confusion with my daughter’s appointment and insurance. Was not told after asking specifically via phone prior to appointment if her VSP was in network until we got to the office and appointment had to be canceled as they were not an in network provider. Would not have scheduled the appointment if I had known ahead of time especially since I had talked to them 3 times prior to the appointment. Just need better communication from staff. They were very polite about me having to cancel the appointment though on the day.
