Hi! Oh my word, this was my first time here and had such a lovely experience! At my visit I met with Alex, Austin and Dr. Massela and they were all GREAT! Alex was attentive to my prescreening and test and adjusted things as needed. He explained procedures well and made me feel comfortable into what next steps were in the process of things. Austin was personable and charismatic! He did a great job with tightening my current glasses and was very easy and fun to talk to throughout check out. He informed me of different payment options that are helpful to the client and very thorough with my prescription and making sure everything was correct!! Excited to come back and pick out glasses with him soon, Thank you Austin 👌🏽 Dr. Massela was so sweet, she made me giggle and feel like myself in the visit. Throughout the exam she was so helpful and was very informative! I love learning as I am going and she did a wonderful job at explaining things to me. 10/10 recommend- everyone was Fabulous ◡̈

She took the time to carefully explain my options, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. She helped me find frames that fit both my style and comfort, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Would absolutely recommend this location. Dr. Massela was friendly and attentive. The appointment was on time, and didn't take too long. Kevin performed my prescreening tests and he was very nice, and helpful. Last but certainly not least, Shannon, who helped me pick out glasses. Honest, but not harsh, helpful, friendly, very easy to talk with and very good at helping pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I will definitely be back, & be recommending to others. Thank you for the great attitudes & attention to details.

Wonderful experience at LensCrafters! I've not worn glasses before, so this was all new to me. Charles made it quite enjoyable. He was very patient with me and made helpful suggestions on fit, style and price. I eagerly await my new glasses, ( ordered two pair.) CS

I want to thank this LensCrafters location and especially Alex for repairing my glasses after I lost a nose pad and needed some screws replaced. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and comfortable with my new glasses. It did not take long at all and I think I got better parts than the originals. 10/10 recommended.
