I had an easy time finding my items. The supervisor at the register was very helpful with an item I had. The employees were nice and the ambiance was calm in the store. The store was really clean.

This store has list my boat battery I've waited 2 days for a call from a manager still haven't heard anything. This is a deep cell marine battery 3yr warranty not a cheap battery there where supposed to be charging it and testing is why we left it there. This is just another pathetic Walmart story. I just counted 8 batteries I have and there all Walmart batteries they will be getting switched out one at a time now.
Poorly managed. Dirty. Nothing is organized. Ailes are cluttered. Bathrooms are horrendous. If you must order here just use pick up. Otherwise go anywhere else
Created a return for an item ordered online proceeded to this location to complete return as I am a Walmart plus member I proceeded to the ease of access pick up drop off for the return in the app. It did not give me the option to check in, so I contacted the number on the placard and made contact with an associate who explained if I do not check in he cannot help me and hung up the phone. I then proceeded to the 1-800 number online to reach a customer service representative who I explained everything to. He also made contact with the store who hung up on him twice back to back. Shortly after the supposed store Manager came out and stated that he would need me to check in or he can’t help me. The 1-800 representative was still on the phone and asked to speak with the employee, they spoke briefly as the Manager handed me back my phone and stated I cannot help you because you have not checked in you would either have to get down and come inside the store to customer service or come back at a later time. He then turned and walked off back into the store the 1-800 Customer Service employee then asked me did he just walk off I said yes he walked off and went back into the store and apologized for not being able to help me. He then said I am sorry. Let me try and contact them one more time shortly after he came back on the phone and stated that “I contacted them and a lady answered and said I will be with you shortly and never came back to the phone” after three attempts from the one 800 customer service agent being failed he apologized and offered a small substitutional credit to my account and said that he would be leaving a negative review himself on my behalf. In my opinion I would never hire any of these employees to represent my business name. This is the worst customer service. I have received thus far from Walmart Corp..
I don't usually review Walmart because I can't understand standing in line while most of the registers are closed! However today at this store I was very happy to see that most of the registers OPEN and processing customers fairly quick.
