Dr Chong is a legendary clinician. His staff is so good and been at the office for a long time and bring so much knowledge and experience. They must have the best selection of brands and glasses in the known universe. If you can’t find it there, it might not exist!
Today I called to schedule a yearly appointment for same day which yes they were able to accommodate and also did inform them them I had dual coverage. The appointment was set until about an hour later one of staff calls me and lets me know about an appointment I missed in march of this year and that she was going to charge for an appointment I missed 8 months ago and I let staff know that if she had just figured out that I missed that appointment, It was not about how much she was charging me which $20 I would've paid them, but it was just the tone that she had and that it was eight months ago. So she had no Customer Service when I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. Didn't even care, which that's fine, but I just found out that it was just the approach that she had and the bad Customer Service.
I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years , today was my last day as a customer. The frame quality has really gone down. Also if you are using health care I.e. medical they will tell you it will take 8weeks to receive your glass and will push you to buy a second pair of glasses so you don’t have to wait. Guess what they don’t take 8 weeks to get , for low income family’s it’s a scare tactic to get them to buy glasses they don’t need or can afford , when the glasses arrive in two to three weeks. And when you do get them the frames are very uncomfortable and super cheap plastic that will break very easy.I’m sorry to see this place go downhill
Really good service. I don't have insurance and They offer great price for exam. They have so many options of frames for you to choose, from prices to brands. Dr. Explains everything as to why your vision is the way it is... I recommend it.
They fixed my glasses for me and even had an eyeglasses repair kit handy for me to purchase, for some reason my screws keep falling out of one side of my sunglasses and I only went in to ask for a kit and they even said here let me fix it I greatly appreciate it they were so kind from the second I walked in, they have a showroom on site as well for prescription purchases
